Install Chromium Wheel Smooth Scroller
Now go to your extensions settings by clicking on wrench icon below cross button on, then going in Tools and then click on extensions as shown in the screenshot below.

3. You will see a screen as shown below, click on options.

4. Now here you can customize any thing you want, the scroll speed, the scroll step (how much part of the page will be scrolled ) and smoothness. You get two different options for the mouse and the keyboard. Make settings for whichever you use. You can test your customized values on the settings page itself.

After nyo po ma install ung link sa download area sa baba. Irestart nyo lang po browser nyo para ma apply yung smooth srolling sa inyong google chrome browser. Sa akin, wla na akong binago sa Mouse Wheel Setting. nakuntento na ako sa smooth ng scrolling ko this time.
